TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USING VETFONE.CO.UK AND THE ASSOCIATED VETFONETM TELEPHONE HELPLINE -

INCLUDING TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT, DISCLAIMER, PRIVACY POLICY AND USER INDEMNITY AGREEMENT




The vetfoneTM site and helpline are provided exclusively for residents of the United Kingdom and European Union and follows the laws, veterinary terminology and recommended advice of these countries. Users from other countries are not catered for and should make their country of origin known during any interaction with vetfoneTM.

By moving from the vetfone.co.uk home page you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and accept the following statements and conditions, which all together constitute the vetfone.co.uk Users Agreement. If you do not agree to and accept the following terms & conditions and other statements, then you should close this window and exit the site.

TRADEMARK
vetfoneTM is a registered trademark belonging to Vetsdirect Ltd. Its use without permission is prohibited without prior written consent. It will be protected to the furthest extent possible in law.

COPYRIGHT
The content on vetfone.co.uk is owned by Vetsdirect Limited, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Free and purchased downloads of content are for your personal use only. You must not copy, sell or distribute any of the content you find in vetfone.co.uk. If you do use it you will be required to indemnify vetfoneTM against liabilities which may result and we may also decide to sue you unless you have written permission from vetfoneTM.

USE OF YOU DATA
This policy covers all users who register to use the vetfone.co.uk website and the vetfoneTM helplines. It is not necessary to register in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site, but we may restrict access to certain areas as referred to in Principle 2 below.

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you are using our online services. To protect your privacy, we apply four principles which you can read about below.

Principle 1 - Notice
During our registration process, we ask for personal information which both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. Indemnification
Upon request by Vetsdirect Limited, you agree to indemnify Vetsdirect Limited and its affiliates, their employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunications providers and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise from any breach of this Users Agreement, use of vetfone.co.uk or the Internet, or the transmission of any content on vetfone.co.uk by you.

Complaints
vetfoneTM endeavours to deal with all complaints as fairly, quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have a complaint send an email immediately to info@vetfone.co.uk and it will be dealt with in complete confidentiality.

What do we do with the information that we collect?
When you order from vetfoneTM we need to know your name, delivery address and e-mail address so that we can process and arrange delivery of the product.

If you are paying on-line with a credit card we also need your credit or debit card number and expiry date. For some cards (e.g. Switch/Maestro) we need your card issue number as well. If you pay on-line this information is held on a secure server using sophisticated encryption for your protection. Your contact telephone number is also helpful in case we have to contact you urgently about your order. This number is sometimes required by courier services making overseas deliveries.

If you complete a personal profile about yourself we will endeavour to keep you informed of developments in the subject areas that you have indicated.
