Getting Started
We want you to get the vetfone™ service that will best suit your needs and although we do most of the set up for you there are a few things we need you to do:
- Spend some time to help us understand what you are trying to achieve.
- If the solution requires us to exchange data then you need to provide access to your IT people in order to help us design a suitable database transfer and management scheme.
- Give us estimates of the number of calls & call lengths prior to launch so we can ensure the right number of Vet Nurses required.
- Use one of your existing published telephone numbers and divert to us or have us allocate you a local rate, freefone or “golden number”.
- Agree final Terms & Conditions We like to keep things simple and clear for all parties.
- Appoint internal Project Manager.
- Help us create the draft Vet Nurse call guide and provide suitable Vet Nurse training material and specialist instructions if required.
- Agree an initial implementation plan, launch timetable then sign off the final project plan.
